Understanding Bulletins

What Are Bulletins

Bulletins are the largest form of out-of-home media (billboards). Their sheer size commands the attention of the oncoming traffic and they cannot be ignored. Bulletins are located on major arteries, Interstate Highways and Turnpikes.
As a result, they capture a large audience usually reaching more than a million viewers within a four-week period.

Bulletin displays are computer printed on a durable sheet of vinyl and can be moved from site to site or stored for later use. The print quality rivals that of magazines and photographic images look larger than life. Displays are illuminated for 18 hour exposure and 24 for digital.
